Laurice is a boundary pusher, people connector, and champion for inclusion, empathy and authenticity in the workplace. With a background in multicultural marketing communications, working with companies such as MillerCoors, AT&T, Nielsen and PepsiCo, Laurice has a knack for understanding what makes people tick and motivating diverse audiences to take action.
Her interest in organizational behavior and change management has led to a new phase in her career – strategic change communications. In her current strategic communications role at Walgreens, Laurice supports the marketing and HR functions, along with several enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Laurice is a Cleveland native who has made Chicago her home, with her husband and dog, for the past 11 years. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in learning and organizational change, along with an organizational and leadership coaching certification from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.
